Canadian here. Windsor, Nova Scotia actually:

...it looks like it was thrown together in photoshop.

'Abundant Eastern Land' -- while I have no idea whether this was once true in the past, it certainly isn't anymore; see: downtown Windsor. Interestingly, Google seems to think our bank is an elementary school. I'd like to think it's a clever jab at the financial situation of the town.

I used to live in Greenwood, in the Annapolis Valley. I think I drove through Windsor once.

Spoiler: Here, (click to show/hide)

(They put the name of the state on the flag so people wouldn't forget where they live. That tells you all you need to know about the place.)

(That's our new national motto, btw.)

We also have a statue of Sam Houston that's bigger than the Statue of Liberty.  You have to have your priorities in order.

Would you believe Google can't find one picture of a Texas flag burning?  Believe me, I've looked.

Maybe Texas flags are woven out of cordite? That way, nobody is EVER left alive close enough to take a picture.

I personally think Texas would have a great chance to successfully secede, because the other 49 would be happy to see them go. I've argued in favor of selling it back to Mexico for years.

You know, putting Texas on Mexico's side of the border would probably even out all the drug cartel violence.

Pfff. That's nothing. You know those famous "Speed Limit Enforced by Aircraft" signs? The Virginia side of the NC-VA Border has those. Everywhere. And about a hundred signs about how you will be caught if speeding, and how Virginia isn't like its loose cannon border states. They be crazy. But Busch Gardens is so worth it to deal with their crazy. There were also a bunch of railroad crossing-ish gates on every exit ramp. They were all up, for miles and miles. Such a fucking weird state...
