It's a clock. Heh. Clever.

If it were a morningstar, it'd have spikes. It is a flail.

You really can both sig it.
But... That would break the laws of sigging! We can't have everyone running around with the same quotes. IT MAKES THEM UNFUNNY FASTER!

Okay I get it now.

Also Flails can have spikes. That is a flail because it has a chain.

Flails have multiple heads or something, don't they?

And morningstars have a chain.

No.

Clubs are blunt objects without a chain.
Morningstars are Spiky objects without a chain.
Flails are Spiky objects with a chain.
Blunt objects with a chain are just called a ball and chain.

Try:

Blunt OR spiky objects with a chain and no handle are a ball and chain.
A spiky object without a chain is a Mace.
A blunt object without a chain is a club. Or a Mace.
A spiky object with a chain and a handle is a morningstar.
Many spiky objects with many chains and a handle is a flail.

Wikipedia disagrees with you both.
Quote
The terms morning star, goedendag, and holy water sprinkler are used to describe medieval club-like weapons which included one or more spikes.
Club with spike(s) on the end.
Quote
Typically, the weapon is depicted as one (or more) weights attached to a handle with a hinge or chain.
A flail is also known as a "morning star and chain". It's just a morning star with the end connected to the handle with a chain. Also known as ball and chain.
Quote
mace is a simple weapon or ceremonial club or virge that uses a heavy head on the end of a handle to deliver powerful blows.
Not spiky, but may be flanged. Just a morning star without spikes.
Quote
A club is essentially a short staff, or stick, usually made of wood, and wielded as a weapon.
Just a club, big (usually) wooden stick you use to hit people with.

Also, every priest has to have a morning star holy water sprinkler.

Yes.

By command of Faithwarden Archangel, All priests of Rotarn will now be armed with a "holy water sprinkler".

Now I feel bad for not asking for a clock-based mace/club/morning star/flail for my equipment.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

I will personally attempt to rescue Atwati, either fighting with him or helping him get away depending on how bad his injuries are.

I vote nearby fiefs join the battle, while other fiefs get ready to deal with other attacks/counter-attack

1. Develop drugs that are able to mind control the enemy
2. Sober up population and send all able men to military training school, I have to train my guys first. Use Barbarians/Vikings from the south as military instructors.
