We need a Minister of Wine and a Minister of Song. I'm in charge of the Ministry of Women. We'd make a woman in charge of the ministry of women, but then its just a feminist gimmie ministry.

Our government will subsidize wine, women and song as the basic luxuries all men deserve. Beyond that, whatever.
