It was made as a project on 'sporadic play', you can log in once a day and queue up all your actions for a while. You are the pilot of a skyship, trying to make as much money as possible. You can buy high and sell low, fight sky pirates, upgrade your ship, and learn new skills.
Am I the only one that caught that?

Or do you just play all your trading games as a bizarre form of charity? Because if you did that would be awesome.

Wait.

If that was intentional, it implies discounts for your customers. I won't stand for it!

The graphics aren't that good, this true. However the design interface for the trade goods is awesome.

But it feels like a piss poor Escape Velocity.

Hang on, does this game have rounds (aka periodical resets)?

EDIT: Did my homework and got the answer below.

If you haven't noticed already, one of the reasons the game asks for your email is your "skyrate" will send you messages when he finishes doing a run or whatever you set him to do and buggered off to do other things.

It's a fun little timewaster, but it didn't hold my attention for all that long.

I think the concept is pretty neat. They also encourage roleplay and not powergaming, because with resets, there is no point of being the strongest anyway. What turns me off is it is not persistent.

Now you get a speed bonus, and I get a exp bonus when you do things.

Also, I meant buy low and sell high. Oops.

And yeah, they do have a roleplaying channel on the radio that you can go to while you wait for things to happen.

Trading is good for money.
Go on fighting patrols at the repair shop place for some extra cash if you are bored and want to fight.

Also, use your exp you gain to get the skills as fast as you can, otherwise the experience just sits there being pointless.

What if you buy in bulk and then divide it up into cheaper slices for your consumers?
