draw a stick. put a rectangle on the end of the stick, then erase one end of the rectangle and put a triangle there. Put the stick/rectangle/triangle thing inside a vaguely flag-shaped thing filled with one color.
Done.

Okay, I made it. When you add your own stuff, save it as a PNG. Declare that you are the one updating, so that we don't have to merge maps. Only use white for labels, if possible. Feel free to connect to my road system or edit the landmass as long as you make it look pretty.
