Well, I mean, will a gold coin be able pay for a week in a fancy hotel, or will it barely be enough to get you lunch?

Eh let's just let someone else figure that out. Doesn't really matter much anyway.

Now the only question is, who do we trust enough to come up with our entire economy?

There's also a bonus of it being pretty fucking hard to counterfeit a chicken.

"Gad dangit! May, we been had! This just a pig with feathers stuck on!"

I'd value a pig more than a chicken.

I'll make the economy, as long as you guys are OK with wolverines being the most valued commodity in the kingdom.

This being Homestuck, I'm not sure whether that's post-scratch Rose or Vriska with a wig.

Well, since Barbarossa hasn't returned yet, might as well post what I'm up to. It's pretty big, so fair warning. Barely made any progress really (yes, it will be more cleaned up / legible / whatever when done) but the fact that I'm doing it all with vector-based graphics means I can zoom in and add lotsa detail once I've recreated the other maps' basic stuff. Throw in a few light effects at the end and we have a map-from-the-time-period-looking map.

I'll make the economy, as long as you guys are OK with wolverines being the most valued commodity in the kingdom.

Well, considering that Erkinshire imports wolverines, I imagine that would make things rough for you :P
