Yeah. You need at least one slo-mo "walk towards the camera, don't look back" moments.
with explosions in the background
Screw explosions, there should be magma pouring out of the entrance!
i got a even better idea! There will be a explosions at the entrance and then magma will come pouring out setting aflame all creatures that live in the forrest ,  while the dwarf walks away you will see burning squirrels, birds, elephants and more!
Forest? Creatures? This is boatmurdered, that stuff all burned to ashes long ago.

I think Boatmurdered is terribly overrated. But yeah, it is pretty much the holiest icon of all DF fandom, so it's only appropriate for it to get an animation.
I mostly just liked the way the solved all their invasion, trader and elephant problems:
"Sir! Goblins at the gates!"
"Close the doors, pull the lever, get yourself a drink and enjoy the show."
"Yes sir!"

So we got monsters above, monsters below, dwarves in the middle and a party in the dining hall. Sounds good to me.
If all else fails, remember one thing:  kittens are delicious, nutritious little goblin-baiters, cavern explorers, and ambush-finders.

I'm scared by lack of info! What's happening in the animation? I'm still just as excited about it. :D

The blog doesn't have any info on the animation since 10 days ago, but apparently he did some unrelated stuff? It says "back at uni" so he was probably on a trip and will work more now.

Hello my loves!
Sorry yes, we basically finished up our holidays and have just had our first week back at uni which is always a mess. We're settled now and will resume production! Sorry for the delay.

Syrupleaf would have to be a feature-length movie. It is some 5 times the length of Boatmurdered.

Well, we just need to get the people who run Pixar addicted to DF and hope it makes them disregard ratings and other such nonsense.
I think it would actually be easier than it sounds.
