With the dark elf preoccupied with feeding the fish, its mischief will be limited in scale to eating asteroids. I will take it upon myself to keep the fish fed, if you are worried about it eating something important to you. Please, don't destroy them for no reason.

I aided it first, and your actions have helped it none. Mindless destruction that will hurt the dark elf's intelligence (perhaps putting it even further into the unfortunate feral state of mind it is in) will not help.

I'd argue that being mentally linked to the fish is good for the Dark Elf. The fish is like a pet to the Dark Elf. The Dark Elf is able to control the fish's actions and enjoys sitting atop its head, ordering it around. Let them be. If you wish to help the Dark Elf, consider doing so without disrupting its actions or its belongings.
