You see he wants you to make it look like an accident.
I am suddenly very curious whether that is even possible.
Is it?
Well, you could "accidentaly" set a fire near the target and wait 'till they cook. Or you could "accidentaly" drop several burning leather stuff around/ below the target.

You could even "accidentally" lead several wild (preferably large & vicious) animals & beasts to their homes at sleepy nap time at night and let them do the dirty deed (Or if a civ's at war with them, bring over a recruit at night and let them do the strangling).

Let your dark imagination run wild...so many ways...

Well, the skinless demon is pretty badass. I don't think a bunch of wolves would cut it. Especially since the Axe Lord would probably help him deal with them. As would the other military dudes hanging out with them. In the Inn. Where there is no tree to burn to set them on fire. Also: demon - would it even burn?

Toady typically doesn't do things by half measures.  As evidenced by turning "make hauling work better" into "implement mine carts with physics".
There are many issues with this statement.

Launch as in throw them...while alive? Well, as of now you can't even aim where you throw them, and even if you could with the current system, they'll take it as a hostile action by you.
Launch as in hit them with a hammer and have them slam into the demon, but then I realised that they would probably just miss becuase the guy isnt hostile.

Everything burns, it's just a matter of getting the fire hot enough.
