Okay, got it to work. You need to gen a new world for each reaction. Though, I probably didn't stick it in the current world raw, but whatever.

Bit concerned by it.

"You make mudstone bars and more."

"You practice your concentration but make nothing of note."

Well, at least we know reactions work fine in Adventure mode. Time to work on shit that matters. :D

Man, that image is going to give me nightmares.

At least the shopkeeper took all of my adventurer's ass-bricks.

This makes me wanna get into modding. o.o

Been messing around with the adventure mode reactions, and I was wondering if it'd be possible to conjure an animal. I tried it with a dog, but all it did was train my observation. Any ideas?

Conjure: to turn a sentient creature into a dairy product.

No, seriously.

Meh, if I won't be able to butcher sentient beings, I'm gonna probably get some kind of a mindrape. Waiting for this stuff for too long, not sleeping at night, but not getting what was expected.  :(

I think you need to stop playing Dwarf Fortress for a little while.

To conjure is to produce, traditionally from nothing. The basic idea is, I want to summon up animals on demand.

you dont need a reagent tag at all if you're "summoning" something.

also:
Code: [Select]
[REACTION:ADV_POOP]
[NAME:shit bricks]
[ADVENTURE_MODE_ENABLED]
[PRODUCT:75:6:BAR:NONE:INORGANIC:MUDSTONE:NONE]
[SKILL:CONCENTRATION]

wait would it be better if it was a GLOB of mudstone than a bar?

oh you can throw poison rocks or material that react in temp if you throw it right after you craft it.

Code: [Select]
[REACTION:ADV_WAMBLER_SUMMON]
[NAME:summon fluffy wamblers]
[ADVENTURE_MODE_ENABLED]
[PRODUCT:50:3:VERMIN:NO_SUBTYPE:WAMBLER_FLUFFY:WAMBLER_FLUFFY]
[SKILL:MAGIC_NATURE]
Only works on vermin though becuase their items.

I think bars are more accurate...

also if you're going to mod in your own reactions here is a tip: use the arena mode, that way you dont need to gen a new world every time.

Is it possible to edit raws to have a human adventurer to be able to eat other humans and humanoids?
No. Not even animals will eat sentients(or at least not until their hungry, Im not sure)
Actually, sometimes they will...

When you get killed, you still have a "field of vision" right? Once when a pair of large predators killed me, one sat on top of my corpse and after a few seconds I lost what limited "vision" I had.

Conclusion: It ripped and ate my eyes/head and pretty much enjoyed a high level adventurer feast.

-------

Tried the new stuff on the update...been collecting unicorn hair, meat, hearts, etc. Wish that soon I'll be able to craft my own Unicorn Horn spears and pikes, make a nifty skull totem to sell and make a GCS armor. A taste of what's to come~

Secondary conclusion: It was sitting on your face.
