Perpetual motion... wooden chassis... Your cruisin' for a bruisin' you know that?

Is this still the sort of perpetual motion machine that will have a catastrophic flood-the-world event if it breaks?

No, that bug was fixed way too long ago. I think? This is the sort where you have wheels which are powered by pumps powering both the pumps and the vehicle.
