They probably found them prying around somewhere confidential. The place was so confidential they didn't release details. Obama might be meeting them just to discuss about the whole "why are your spies looking at my porn documents" business.

Really, it look like they arrested ten very clumsy spies just in the middle of an americo-russian friandship celebration.
Are they trying to say something.
Some newspaper here insinuated that it was a move agianst obama from the FBI, a way to put him in an uncomfortable position. Possible? Misinformation? What do you think?

Except it had absolutely no effect, beyond embarrassing the russians. If they actually were effective, then the US would make a bigger deal out of it. Here it almost looks like Russian intelligence was bored and had little else to do.

I don't know if espionage is normally practiced like that though.
