It is, fricking delicious when i combine that with oyster sauce, soy sauce, and maggi sauce with sugar to make the ultimate meat marinade on the grill.

Soy sauce... always soy sauce

Not all Soy Sauce are made equal.

I've had soy sauce I couldn't stand and some I couldn't eat rice without.

That's because a lot of soy sauce... isn't soy sauce.

In the US, at least, the legal definition of "soy sauce" is either extremely lax or nonexistent.

So you get some soy sauce that's real soy sauce: A fermented product made from soybeans, sometimes wheat, and salt. But often, you get the fake-ass stuff that's just brown-colored water with soy protein and salt thrown in it. You really want to check the ingredients.
