*DEFEBRILLATORS ON*
*ZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP*
(Seriously, way too awesome to die, but it has, so it needs to be revived!)

I really like curry chicken on rice, with craploads of mango chutney!
Its fantastic, but my dad is  amazing on the Wok anyway :)

I just ate some old school rice with nori furikake and that shit was delicious.  Having takuan and a big bowl of homemade seaweed soup alongside didn't hurt either.

Well, there's a kind of lentil curry we make here. I don't know the specifics of it.

Also, lemon and onion goes well.

And then there's, uhhh, not sure how to spell it but there's a condement here that we make for rice to be eaten with roasted fish, and it's made by cooking flour with butter. Cook it til it turns black.

Also if your making Burritos or Tacos... A good rice can make them REALLY filling and delicious.

Well, yes, but hasn't that been already mentioned?

Oh, also, beef and barbecue sauce. Add red peppers and onions as needed. I haven't tried this... yet. Might be a fun project for me and my sister to do over the weekend.

I eat rice with EVERYTHING; it's a staple here in my country.

My recommendations would be to eat it with beef stew, curry, fried chicken (pour the gravy on the rice if you can spare some), SPAM, sinigang...

We finally snagged a rice cooker from a friend of my wife's. A good quality Japanese one. One of my weaknesses as a cook has always been making good rice. It's usally overcooked rice mush.

First pot of rice (we use medium-grain Calrose rice) from the cooker = perfect nom nom. It was so good all I did was drizzle some tamari over it and wolf that shit down.

I'm not going to read 7 pages to see if it's been mentioned, but sriracha sauce makes anything addictive and delicious, rice included.

You can also use sweet sticky rice (I don't remember how to make it) wrap it into a oval ball and place sliced strawberries ontop.

I should check the recipe again when I am feeling happier.
