I can actually think of four, if you count some of the content players added to Second Life at one point (not sure if it's still there, I heard about it second hand). One was done by Redlight District, which I think was owned by a major porn mag company. One was owned by a pornsite, which I can't remember the name of. One was called Furcadia (you can guess what kind of porn MMO it was), which was marketed as a general social MMO but had an "adult" section which was basically cyber porn. None of which I've played, since I'm too cheap to pay for them and not brave or stupid enough to give some of these companies a credit card number.

And then of course you have games that include sex or porn, like Hellmoo, in which one of the possible jobs is pornstar. Doesn't really count, since it actually has a lot of real content from combat, exploration, and griefing, but it does have pornographic content.

The problem with sex based games like that is that most player's only log on for about... two minutes.

I dunno, I might play it. On the flipside, all the 13 year olds in that game might make it literally dangerous. Plus you know that 80% of the avatars would be female, and less than 1% of the players would be female (and most would be playing male avatars).
