ARG.
I was thinking about making a update by now, but I ran into a snag.

I was lining up a shot when I realized Taith's hand wasn't in the position I set it to. Turns out that when you are more than a arm's length, the game lowers the detail of the ragdoll models. Unfortunately the TF2 models have the hands set to go into a solid position at a very short distance.
This resulted in me taking a inordinate amount of time searching for a console command to turn off this optimization. I eventually found it though.

'r_lod 0' will render the models at full detail at all times, allowing this massive issue to be removed. By default it is set to 'r_lod -1'.

I'll finish the preliminary turn some other time.

I was forced to go through every console command alphabetically, I don't know what I would have done if that little search results box wasn't there. -.-

This whole thing particularly pissed me off because I knew if I didn't find the solution I'd run into this problem time and time again. Even when I would be taking a close shot it would STILL be a problem.

You really can both sig it.
But... That would break the laws of sigging! We can't have everyone running around with the same quotes. IT MAKES THEM UNFUNNY FASTER!

If its too heavy for me alone, call for help, if no one comes, Just start shooting...
Also ask the Doc if I could use those things she can't carry...

((LOL :) This is going to be good. Does "5 turns is  a round" mean we need to post 5 actions in a row?))

"I say we stay where we are and build a barricade of sorts (so I also don't have to carry all that stuff again). Unless one of you gentlemen would like to give a lady a hand, eh?"

Wait for the zombies to get closer, until I can get a decent shot. Sit on one knee, all professional-like. Then open fire and keep it open until all the zombies stop moving.

When all zombies are dead, check the side-alleys.

Help designing barricade, for extra strength.

((Question: Can I use my bird, named Newton (yes, that's funny because he defies gravity) to scout? Can we communicate in some level and to what level? ))

Wait, wait, WAIT!
You're too heavy!
"What?! I... Well I never... DID YOU JUST CALL ME FAT?!?!"

Shoot through fourth wall and attempt to hit the GM if he ever does that again.

Hahaha

I also use my shotgun to dispatch the zombies. When that is complete I go into the building behind us to look for supplies.

"Oh yeah, good idea, let's split up and go into unknown buildings all alone. That always works in the movies."

Said Fay, sarcastically.

Not necessarily, you can give me guidelines for what to do rather than precise instructions if you wish.
((Question: Can I use my bird, named Newton (yes, that's funny because he defies gravity) to scout? Can we communicate in some level and to what level? ))
You can communicate instructions to your bird to the point of telling it exactly what zombie to harrass, and exactly what items to pick up. The bird can even grab things directly from your inventory or drop items into it.
If you get creative and at least use some logic he might even have other things he can do.

Wait, wait, WAIT!

Erm.. Um... I didn't mean it- (gunshots) AH I'M SORRY!!!

 :D

I guess scouting is a no go then.

Time for experiments. Time for SCIENCE!
Send the bird towards the zombies, but let it stay out of reach, and see if they can be distracted, or lured, or if they totally ignore the bird.
