does NOEAT imply no-drink?
I've removed NO_DRINK and my dwarves still don't drink alcohol or booze?(I added this to help my fortress get started)

no eat does (or didt back in 40D) imply no drink.
just give them more time.
yes all the dwarfs will need a drink in about 30sec form each other.

Agree, plus that's about the LAST thing *I* want to see from this kind of game - author spending valuable development time on useless graphics.

From my testing no eat doesn't imply no drink.

I've used it a lot and I switched it out a lot. You just gotta wait.

Hi,

I'm not sure if this will help you, but it may.

The tags are

Code: [Select]
[NO_DRINK]
[NO_EAT]
[NO_SLEEP]

If you used any of these:

Code: [Select]
[NODRINK]
[NOEAT]
[NOSLEEP]

They probably weren't doing anything to begin with, or perhaps were causing other problems. Not sure :<

Edit: Oh, I just realized what's wrong. When you make changes to the raws and you want them to affect a current saved game, you need to open the copies of the raws that are included with your save (df/data/save/region1/raw/objects/), not the original copies (in the df/raw/objects/ folder). Changes made to the originals will not affect a game in progress and vice versa, changes to the save copies will not affect the originals or new embarks. :)
