I'll update the wiki when I can...I don't know much about the ratios, and I think those should be experimented on your own anyways.
(Like how much water:foam to make the biggest foam radius.)

I think that there may be a BYOND setting to compile just the resource files for external download...

Nevemind.

Also, metal foam is so flipping useful.

For example, you can seal up a traitor in a short term prison while security gets there (although they may break out quite quickly.)
Seal up hull breaches quickly
Seal up the bridge computers (to stop traitors from stopping the shuttle.)

Depends on the objective. Get everyone to evacuate or be dead? Not to hard, though getting the shuttle called might be tricky. Killing a specific person? Much harder, depending on how serious the round is.

You can't lock them in or anything. they'll just crowbar or pick up the insulated gloves.
