And was still unable to make superpowers (but lots of disabilities) as a genetic.

I am not 100% sure, but the quartermaster might have the circuit board for a robotics control computer in a crate in his cargo hold. Also, robotics already starts with one of those computers and there's another one on the bridge (which is hardly used, since by the time the cyborgs start revolting, it's too late to go that far up the ship :P)

I figured out how to make a computer and where to steal remote sensors for robots (in toxins), but can't find robotics chip on goon's station yet. How does it look?

Its north of the arrival shuttle, have to go through maintenance to find it, room's full of chips for pretty much any computer type, and even a few spare AI law change cards.

Invite them over to explore maintainence. It's like a massive 3D maze, each floor half the size of their entire station. It is completely possible to go from administrative maintainence to the tunnel outside the quartermaster's office without leaving them!
