Hehe, I had a round on the Baystation12 server where we ended up making one "Rayne Blythe", a Medical employee with absolutely no previous experience with the law before, a security officer. It went about as well as you think.

Also, not the same round, but we had to arrest another officer because he was yelling about cult and arresting people for no reason. Along with the wrath of the law, he also got the wrath of the admins. So they decided to gib him. With a construct. In front of all of security. The admins suddenly proceed to get the bright idea to make the cell seem haunted. Cue blood appearing out of nowhere, visible ghosts, and creepy messages which all climaxed with Security moving the cells windows and bolting it down with Blast doors. The thing is, it didn't end there, with the Admins going as far as to start freaking people out with their ghosting about. Creepy messages and so forth. It was pretty fun till the Admins went a bit too far and made Plasma leak from the cell and set the Dorms on fire. As you can tell, evac soon followed.

Later, I posted the story on the BS12 forums, and got told by someone about the thing the admins put in the cell...

If you mean "does it kill you if you're not looking" then yes...

You need to be facing it, and in light, otherwise it'll move etc.

I wonder if anyone is working on a SCP-Station-13?

Oh the terror fun that place would provide. Would definitely bring in some server traffic, and Traitor Mode will make breaches a priority. Ugh. Radical Larry would also be all kinds of hell to deal with as well; especially since a goal to attempt to re-contain him would involve snagging some poor sap, and placing him in the cell to injure him and lock Larry back in his cell (containment breach mode).

Some things are just so terrifying, they just can't be stored underground anymore.

We can even have that one vending machine SCP there too; provided the coding for the random stuff it dishes out. The drink machine can also be inserted as well, but please, don't request "A cup of joe" or "Something that can kill SCP-682".

So I've tried playing on some of the servers that run /tg/ station but I usually end up really bored if I'm not a head of staff, security or an antagonist.

I mostly play on the Gibbed servers, but I'm curious about Baystation. It's just... There's never anyone on it.

Part of the reason I like Liberty Station 13 is that it's light roleplay, not heavy. That's my main turn-off about Baystation 12. Also, they wouldn't let me keep my character's amazing name! How can you refuse Spaceman Spiff?

Still, I can always visit it occasionally as Calvin Spiff.

I found that joining as an observer and then idling as a ghost is a good way to not waste your time by playing it.

Apparently anomaly suits aren't spaceproof anymore in BS12. Guess how I found out.
