There are at least 3 of those. All of them are different to each other. You'll have to be more specific than "populated ones".

It's amazing, if you're the Captain and you steal the detective's thermals then beat the hell out of a rev head and take his cloak you're basically unstoppable. Doing that every other rev round is hilarious, nothing stops you from finding the other heads.

I think it depends more on the admin as opposed to random.

It also REALLY depends on their mood.

You would be surprised what people get away with when an Admin is in a playful mood... that same Admin can by a tyrant if he had to deal with 10 trolls previously.
