No, Henrich is mockable. Henry is good, the last name is fine, and you even avoided a embarrasing middle name. As for hair, the prebirth hair falls out right before birth in most cases. As it did not in this case, expect your baby to go bald in the next few days. Don't worry, it'll grow back.

He could have still gone by Henry as a nickname, but I suppose this way he can go by Henrich if he wants to.
