Help with dependency walker and side-by-side configuration

I tried to release a project a few months back - another language generator. I had used the program Dependency Walker to figure out the .dlls I needed to package with it - however, it still didn't work. Is there anyone who knows this program or any others who can help me figure out what I'm messing up? I intend to continue the rest of this by email.
