I have frequently posted a link to a download of a compiled VB project that uses your browser to open the page but disables navigation, so it can't redirect you...

Do you have Visual Basic? If so, create a project, place a WebBrowser control, seit it's allowNavigation property to false and it's URL property to either http://www.transformice.com/en/ChargeurTransformice.swf or http://www.transformice.com/en2/ChargeurTransformice.swf.

Then simply run it.

If you don't have a .NET based language and don't want to download someone else's program, then you will have to find some other way to keep it in a single tab...

They've been lacking updates
...
because they're working on the editor.

They added more maps, however not all new maps are created using new ideas. And there are too many "wait until 1:30 or something" maps, which are annoying. Tied to another mouse is a nice one though.

The "nice" rooms are usually empty now, and in other rooms there are too many trolls or griefers, too many even for Transformice.

Greifers was one of the reasons I'm not playing now. Otherwise I like the game.

Delaying the game is not funny, nobody is laughing.
