Firefox is like the App Store: Wish for something, and it'll probably be somewhere in the pile. (but Firefox is a lot less restrictive)

No, as that is too high-level. And it looks like it responds to redirect pages rather than times when an embedded object requests the page navigate elsewhere.

Anything that simply silently denies requests to open a URL in the current window, or forces it to another tab, even if the request originated in a .swf?

Alternatively, you could just use the Gibbed standalone versions...

Ah, found it.

MSVB 2008, the WebBrowser control has an option... "AllowNavigation", that when false, disables ALL methods of loading a different page...

Furthermore, by giving it a URL rather than inserting the .swf directly, it will automatically conform to all updates they make and can go on en2 unike a simple downloaded .swf.

Basically, it's a browser in a window that refuses to change page. And, it is literally just in a window, so you even save the space that would be occupied by the navagation bar, scrollbar, status bar, and any other toolbar or other change.

That would require fiddling with timezones.
I suggest using the Forum Time, *points to top right corner*.

We're usually in the bay12 room on one of the servers. I think we should be in EN2, but that's just me.
