Although technically you would download the swf and open it in a browser when you want to play. (Or if you've got the chops turn it into a self contained viewer.exe with your flash skills. I don't remember how to do that anymore though.)

Technically that's not a client that exists at this point so.
Also, go here: http://www.transformice.com/en/ChargeurTransformice.swf and then type /room bay12 cause dammit we need moar
