(Hopefully) a simple optim for temperature

I do not know how it is done now, but I assume a temperature map is computed every frame. My point is it could be computed only every 10 or every 100 frames or at least 10 times less often than it is now. I cant think anyone would see the difference, but it would slash perf strain from temp by a lot!

And setting this as Init option would be great : like instead of
[TEMPERATURE:ON]  we could set [TEMPERATURE:100] to compute once every 100 frames.

What do you say?

Nice idea. This could be applied to cave-ins too.

Yes I don't think this should be done for cave-ins and liquids but we should check how often it checks this now.
