Apparently im not welcome in the server and either A) The server is taken down and put back up with a new password, or B) Im kicked when I actually do join.


Meh.

"Edit" Maybe the game started as soon as I joined. I didnt have the map, after all...perhaps it just kicked me.

Well, the new password is/was secret, and when I joined I was kicked. I got the password from someone who was already in the server.


"Edit" k, kicked again. You know, you could just outright say you hate me or that its a private game. Its NOT that hard.

Oh man, that game was so much fun.

The other team spammed nuclear bombers at start and first got most of my base, then most of nilocy's. His rebuilding turned into a resource rampage and he ended up producing easily enough energy for the whole team. I got all my factories destroyed by the bombers, but still had some construction bots so I made a T3 Kbot building (spewing out Krogoths) and as many nanoturrets as possible. I got 2 T2 planebuilders from nilocy and used those to make a radar jammer line right up to the enemy's frontlines. I got my Krogoths up there, then split them up to different bases. While they were wrecking units and eating nukes, I finished 3 more Krogoths that I sent on their tail as soon as they got done. The giant robots just waltzed through every base (though a number of them perished to excessive nuking) and when they reached the final one, I started controlling them in FPS mode until everything enemy coloured had exploded into tiny fragments.

This has been a 3 am LASD ramble, off to bed now.

The objective: It was proposed that the two superpowers work together in harmony to make a new water source on the map so the citizens of the world may at last have fresh, clean, slightly irradiated water. An armistice was signed and much harmony was anticipated.

There was much jubilation in the air as the citizens of the world rejoiced at our mutual accomplishment. However, distrust stirred. Both nations began bickering over minor issues of stray fire and unintended mistakes. Each waited with baited breath as the once mighty force intended for good would now clearly turn towards evil use. The only question was... who would dare to strike first?

The cries of war called out among both sides! But little did the world know that the insidious rulers of the Woose Umiman State had forseen such events. Preparations were already made. The armies were already assembled. For if the audience would look again at the first screenshot and read the chat text at the top of the screen....

Who didn't suck quite as much as he expected to. I still sucked, but thanks to th'fellow below me spamming storms everywhere, I didn't die. Turns out combined arms generally < specific unit spam. Storms > 2 flash 1 stumpy repeat. Stumpy and trident did alright, though, I guess. Throwing a bulldog factory into th'mix somehow started pushing back th'dude that was wrecking me the entire game. How, I am unsure, but hey. First non-AI fight I was in that didn't end with me kamikazi'in my commander and losing. Also, it was kinda' neat that th'upper fourth or so of the map was basically covered in wrecks, preventing the enemy storm spamming from easily approaching my fragile and wimpy base. That was amusing.

Mind you, I still suicided my com, but it only ends th'game in a 1v1 fight, apparently.

Thanks for hostin', DFNewb. I'll host a few come Tuesday m'self, I think. If anyone's got preferred times, I'll see how much sleep I can afford to lose.

Dont know what timezone your in, so I will just keep it reletive. Around now, 3 hours before and 5 hours after im typically ready for a game. Of course, if you give me a specific time, I can try and make it(unless its 3 AM in the morning for me...).

Otherwise, thanks for the heads up on the possibility of hosting.

Well I am hosting again, the password is dwarf (no caps) and if I am ingame or anything just ring me or send me a chat message through spring lobby and I will end my solo comp-smashing.

EDIT:Virex is hosting now, same password, dwarf.
Also anyone got that Transporter AI to work?

Hey, I survived for a second time. In face of miracles like that, anything's possible. You did much better than I managed, though. Like, you didn't get your base squished.

Was amusing to watch DF's base go up in a single, huge kaboom. Was surprised a half-dozen fusions igniting didn't deform the map more. Th'only real highlight I had that fight was managing to capture a battleship from under th'water. Was kinda' strange th'fellow let the thing sit around long enough for me to snatch it, yeah. Takes a bloody long time for your commander to grab up a battleship, but hey, my base was getting wrecked. Not much better to do with 'em, at the time.

There any way to set it so you feed resource production to allies, instead of just raw amounts? That'd help when my offensive capabilities have been squished and there's no real chance for my builders to catch back up with th'fight. At least be able to contribute a bit...
