The name says it all. If you don't know how to play Yu-Gi-Oh, go away. If you do, then here's the deal: This game is set in the 5D era which I have a bit of knowledge on due to gaming. Basically, you will control one of many Duel Teams in Satellite, trying to take over. Your team consists of three different duelists who want to help control ALL of Satellite. However, the duelling in this is a little more... advanced.
There is room for as many as needed in this adventure. You will get to choose your Team Name and your lackeys' names. You will then be given 15 stat points (SP) to spend between them. There are four three: Life, Init and Move. Life is how many LP he/she starts the duel with, this is automatically 2000, and every upgrade raises it by 100. Init(iation) is helped to get a quicker start. This starts at 0. Move is how fast they can, well, MOVE. It starts at 1. I also need some Pog Images for them, and a Yu-Gi-Oh deck EACH. If you can't be bothered, I'll randomly choose one from tcgplayer.com and you will probably end up with a bad one. They CAN all have the same deck, if you want.
Once the game begins, I will give every player Three bases. I will also pick a random player to go first. He/she will pick a player to attack, and battle will commence. We will then sort out a time and date for the battle, and I will draw up a map like in DnD. I will also place Pogs and shuffle and deal cards.
Battles are split up into Rounds, and a round ends once everyone has had a turn. To decide who takes the first go in a round, roll one dice for every one of your minions and add their Init to it. The highest scorer goes first. They then take a normal Yu-Gi-Oh turn, with five differences;
Firstly, Cards will be Summoned/Set in the 8 squares (diagonals included) surrounding the player/lackey. Secondly, cards that effect individual cards/battles can only be activated if they are touching said card/battle. By that definition, anything that targets All "something" can be activated anywhere. Thirdly, Field Spells and Equip Spells vanish the second they are played; Field Spells are treated as the entire board, and Equip Spells are treated to be held by the Monster equipped.
Next, there is moving around the board. Before your Battle Phase, there is an invented phase called the Move Phase. Basically, you can move your lackey orthogonally squares equal to his Move, and your Face-Up Monsters equal to their level. Finally is attacking-you can only attack a touching Monster/Lackey, diagonals included. Any Spell/Trap/Effect must be touching to use it.
As per normal Yu-Gi-Oh, only the LAST person in the first round can attack, but after that, everyone can attack freely. Also, please note that material for Tributes, Synchros, Fusions ect. can be taken from anywhere, but the resulting monster MUST be touching you.
The duel ends when all lackeys from one side run out of LP. If said side was the attacker, the defenders level up. If the defenders lost, then the attackers steal a base and they get a level up. A level up entitles you to 5 more points to be spent around your squad. And incase you're stupid, YOUR LP WILL BE RECOVERED BETWEEN BATTLES. Thank you.
After one battle, the next player will declare a battle, yadda yadda yadda, until one player controls all (number of players*3) bases. At which point they win.
Tell me if there's something you don't understand, otherwise, I want three lackey names, their decks, their stats and their pog images. And a team name.
Ah.... None.
