Since you posted first, I would normally have put you at E-14 .... Er, I mean, D-5, (with 9I and 4R to spend this turn, along with a 2/1/0/0 turret and a 1/1/0/1 survey team) but ...

This sounds legit, and gaining friends near the capital of Brazil is my next step on the path to world domination. Plus he's a strategist.

I think perhaps there has been some confusion.
I am already in the game. I made a joke, that I was pretending to be someone else (a poor street performer from Uzbekistan), in order to join the game again. Of course I can't join the game twice, because I would have two cities and everyone else would only have one.

Then Nirur, I think, continued the joke, pretending to accept me instead of you. But in actuality, I believe you're in.

Krigg, the brown one. You're at D-5, and may spend 9 IP and 4 RP this turn.

You need 15 industry points to make a colonist.

Also.
Now we only have Weapons, Armor, Engines, etc.? No Land Engines or anything?
This is sad, I liked the complexity and strategy of the different technologies.
But oh well, I guess complex isn't for everyone.

Curses! Had only I reviewed this thread sooner.
Now I shall have to plot my revenge.
Does anyone here have any spare medical waste?

I see trouble ahead for this little game.
May I suggest some solutions?
1. Ask people about their reliability and devotion to the game (that is, enjoyment and available time). When someone quits, the most devoted gains the lost city, and the remaining two become a team.
2. Do nothing, and just let people quit. Not sure about the gameplay effects of this.
3. The quitted cities become neutral and do nothing (but the garrisons remain). They are a prize to be seized by the closest player.
4. Require replacements for each quitter. I do not like this choice very much at all. It slows down the game and I think it will soon become non-viable.
5. Take the four people who are most dedicated and almost certainly will not quit, because they have free time, really like the game, are loyal, etc. and put them on one planet instead.
