What about the idea that they cost half their storage slots??? Would make a Bombing Run more effective considering you can fly a craft over and drop more missiles then something else, for example you could make a Missile with 0 Engines and thats now a bomb that needs to be dropped by aircraft to be used without the deployer dieing... And if they cost very little to store, making an infantry man with a lot of movement points and no attack but the ability to carry these bombs can make a little terrorism possible, or or or... Well you got the idea on what I am thinking...

Granted you could do that now, but to make a deadly bomb it needs like 5 weapons or so atm and that would mean that you would need a slot of 5, which means that it could just as easily carry a colonizer... If it cost only 2.5 (or three) that means its easier to make a better carrier for bombing runs only...............

A zero engine 'missile' would just be a guided bomb dropped from a bomber.

Zero engine missiles are allowed, and they may be carried by any unit. They're probably fired from cannons or something.

Map on reply 468, 10 points to enter or leave a large planet, 5 points to enter/leave a small-planet/moon. As for the grey lumps, not certain, but I think that you can basically build cities directly on the little grey circles while still in space...

Yes, yes, and yes. They're asteroids, worth 20 IP per turn if they're not blockaded.

It's locked to that asteroid, unless you manually move it at 2 IP/cargo space.
