Cheddarius had a typo in the turn he sent me. As he had sent me other messages last turn strongly indicating that he wished to build them in Gouda, I have altered the turn accordingly: All of his production has been shifted from Great Lactosia to Gouda. Future, similar events will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and only if I have evidence that you actually wanted to build elsewhere. Attempts to purposefully confuse me and/or lack of certainty, in an attempt to change your orders after the turn, will harm your case. Extreme annoyances may lead to a meteoring. In case of a battle, changes are not possible, so double-check your turns.

That's where things are being built, not the unit's name. See the colon? And isn't cargo .5 points per point of capacity?
