Hi!
Given that this thread gives me an apt opportunity for it, I want to express my thoughts about the going-ons pertaining to you,
Pathos.
Personally, I think you are very much in the danger of getting banned. If I may draw your attention to the user agreement you accepted:
With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another person except an administrator, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another person's account for any reason.
Besides giving the reason why your girl friend should be banned (using the account of another person), this passage also clearly states that "you agree to never give your password out to another person except an administrator". Thus, granting your girl friend access to your account is already a violation of the user agreement.
Of course, I remember that you said she did it against your will. While that may be true and would speak in favor for you for the first incidents, I personally think that it places you into a position of responsibility where you have to do all you can to avoid that she can do it again: Change the password, not store the password on your computer and don't leave your account logged on when leaving the computer. If you don't take these appropriate steps, it is reasonable to argue that you gave away the password via negligence, thus warranting a ban.
At least, that is the way I see it, and I hope these thoughts are a bit useful for you.

EDIT: I also recommend that you do not discuss moderator or administrator actions on public forums. This can lead to misunderstandings and confusion on the forums.
Nether: The smell bad thread is a basic example of intolerable behavior on any moderated board and has nothing to do with police state. If you take the time to read the terms of service of forums, you will usually find a clause about insults and personal attacks, like:
You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal law.
That's the first sentence of the user agreement you accepted when creating your account. Note that it forbids defamatory, abusive, hateful, harassing posts as well as those invading a person's privacy. Claiming that a person smells may be considered as violating all of these.
