Building Windmills should need cloth?
« on: February 08, 2008, 10:35:00 pm »

It would be more realistically if windmills would need cloth to be built as well as wood, don't you think?

This of course is a trivial thing, but would add to the game in the little ways  :)

You can make a windmill out of just wood.  It just requires good workmanship.

Ustxu Iceraped the Frigid Crystal of Slaughter was a glacier titan. It was the only one of its kind. A gigantic feathered carp composed of crystal glass. It has five mouths full of treacherous teeth, enormous clear wings, and ferocious blue eyes. Beware its icy breath! Ustxu was associated with oceans, glaciers, boats, and murder.

Two wood for the base frame, and the rest is either wood or cloth?  would be nice to start incorporating cloth into usefulland (other than clothing, which doesn't really currently work).

Windmills and beds both. I have heard that production and resources will be rebalanced eventually. When that time comes, I support this idea.

Yes beds as well, i forgot about that one. I'm sure theres a bunch of other cloth+wood combinations as well....

Chairs+Cloth == Better Chair
Wood+Alot More Wood + Cloth == A Wooden Boat with a sail    :)

Or!

Cloth + Wood + Fat? == Torch
Doesn't Fat Burn really well?

In the meantime, I'd like it if more things could be made out of metal (bars).

Like axels and windmills.

(also mechanisms and beds)

Yeah, being able to make mechanisms out of rock and unable to make them out of metal makes no sense to me.
