This is exactly why I hate the Super Bowl.

2: All competitive video games
3: Most other video games well we are at it
4: In fact just about any work of fiction
5: Everything

Because all of these things have that.

I hate the Super Bowl because it is the most idiotic, expensive, and contrived thing in the world, right up there with the world cup, which would be fine on its own if it wasn't the most popular event in the country. The extent to which some people get invested in it is terrifying. The fact that depending on who wins this event will affect whether or not I feel it is safe to leave my house tonight is also terrifying.

She didn't say she hated screaming drunk people. She said she hated football because some people scream about it well drunk. Which is something that people do about very large amount of thing.

Now, a threat to her personal safety? That's a bit more of a good reason to dislike something. At least it's not just like "I'm the most mainstream hipster of all time"
