Had many problems setting up the new console
Probably spent 4~6 hours on set up of account, installs, and assorted other junk

I loved the old days when it was just plug and play. None of this online mode pish.

Playing Dark Souls.

Spent half an hour fighting Havel.

Mutual death.

Game didn't give me the souls or item, but DID record his death. So I spent half an hour fighting this guy, dying repeatedly, only for the game to go "Lol you suck," and shaft me for the reward of killing him without giving me another try to do it properly. He doesn't respawn, see.

I probably just stood there for like 5 minutes going "... Should I just restart the whole game?" but decided against it.

Still, that ring would have changed my entire play-style, since I've got such heavy gear and that ring lightens your burden by 50%, would allow me to roll around like a cheesewheel on steroids.

I remember that brief golden moment when online gaming was perfect. It mostly handled itself, you just had to pick a server from a list and (maybe) choose a username. Now it seems like you have to have an account for everything even when it doesn't make sense.

I found out the hard way that if you're not connected to the internet while you play DA:I, the game doesn't use any Keep info and defaults to the generic Hawke/Warden backstories. I learned this the hard way when I asked Varric about Hawke's companions and he talked about Fenris (who's supposed to be dead) and Isabella (who I never met when I played the game) and how they're alive and well and kicking ass. I like to imagine my character staring at him and going, "I'm starting to see some inconsistencies in your book..."

So nothing on the Keep website tells you that you have to go into the settings and choose to import data or else you get stuck with the default backstory. I wouldn't mind so much if I wasn't already about FIFTEEN HOURS INTO THE DAMN GAME AT THIS POINT. Thanks, EA.

Started Christmas with a Destiny White PS4.
Didn't read discs, brought it back.
Came home with a normal black PS4 because there were none of the bundles left.
PSN is still down 3 days later.
Should've just taken the money and bought more WiiU games, I guess.

I'm pretty sure I've been hearing ever since the PS4 came out that PSN has been spotty at best, anyway. You shoulda gotten some choice titles instead.
