Fuck Internet arguments. I am never reading them again. Even when I'm not participating in them they just piss me off so much. Nothing ever gets resolved. I've seen arguments last for years.
Things on the internet need expiration dates. This argument will last for three days. After that, it's locked. You cannot ever discuss it again, so you best make some damn good points before it closes.

A couple weeks ago, a close friend was given detention for being loud and "inappropriate", which was a bit of a WTF because there are a few guys who are much more obnoxious than her and all they've received is a figurative slap on the wrist. She's also been told by this teacher that she should see a doctor because she's so loud.

However, my friend managed to get exempted from this by the counselor, who agreed that it wasn't right.

Today, the teacher brought this up and my friend told her that she talked to the counselor who told her that she didn't have to go to it. In response to this, our teacher told her that, and I quote, "You weren't supposed to go to the counselor" and berated her for going around her and not going to it.

PMB has been with LoL for years. Years. I remember stumbling across it and getting all freaked out. I disabled all its silly crap a long time ago anyways, but this reminded me to kill it completely since I uninstalled LoL.

I don't know if I'd classify it explicitly as malware. Battlefield 3 and 4 install BattleEye, arguably as useless to actually playing the game as PMB is to LoL. I imagine it is software rolled out by whoever runs and/or manages their servers (login, downloads, game servers, ect..)

Also real Malware doesn't tend to cleanly install and present itself in your program list, or allow itself to be uninstalled, modified or accessed in most ways, in my experience. PMB fits all those descriptions.

It was then that I was able to realize the fact that people treat me like a speck of dust. I don't even know how to say what I'm feeling right now, I just want to lay down and die peacefully so I can go to a place better than this.

Granted, it's not the same as a RL person saying it, but I most certainly don't view you as a speck of dust. Nor, I'm sure, would anybody else here. People at home seem to treat you according to how they remember you, and that's just not right. I know how it feels to have people prejudiced against you, but your self-worth shouldn't be based on what they think. It should be on what you think. They'll change their mind in time, but please don't let it weigh you down.
