I just found out that I will have to wait 4 hours for my next trailer, which means I can look forward to getting home at midnight. Joy and rapture. I've begun looking for a new job.

Whoops, turns out I temporarily failed at military time. I was told the ETA was 1745, which I mis-read as 7:45.

@ Yoink: Would be a tight fit. My truck could hold maybe six people, sans luggage. Driver, passenger, two people per bunk. Plus trucks aren't exactly the best vehicles for evading authorities, even without armor playing or weapon turrets.

 I'd be up for bringing in supplies from the outside world though.

I'm so glad my parents stopped that shit a long time ago.  Probably helps that I am constantly taking classes online, so if they take away my computer I would fail a course.

They pull the same thing with "computer encourages bad behaviour" shit with me.

They don't try "bad behaviour" with me, 'cause I've never really done anything to merit it. Nor have you, Cmega, so I suppose it depends on the parents and not the person.

Anyway, what they do say is that I'm gonna get cancer, square eyes and lazy. They don't care if I have a social life, or more to the point the only care if I'm happy with what social life I have, which I am. So they don't use that either, but then they say it effects my grades despite my grades having gone up in the last few years...well, meh. Parents and logic often don't go hand in hand...nor do people in general and logic, I suppose.

Well, video/computergames do tend to make me lazy, so there is some merit to the idea.
If I'm spending several hours at a time on the computer at the expense of doing anything healthier, I can see why it'd be a problem.
