I don't remember the woodsy bits in LttP being all that bad... admittedly, it's been a ruddy long time since I last played through LttP, but still.

LttP wasn't bad, and OoT wasn't too bad either.  I don't really remember a difficult woods portion to any of the games, except maybe Majora's Mask because of those stupid turtles.

Although, I haven't played A Link Between Worlds yet, so I don't really have an opinion of that one.

Admittedly, I never got very far in LttP, so I wouldn't know. I'm more talking about OOT.
Going to edit the post, then.

Just ask yourself: What would a mobster do?
So we butcher them and build a 4chan tallow soap tower as a monument to our greatness?

I'm just kinda mad right now. The Lost Woods in LBW are just frustrating, so I needed to vent. That was still annoying, though. They switched the "exit" and "hear again" options around the first two times you meet him.

The swamp sucked so bad in Majora's Mask. That whole game is pretty tough.

What was wrong with it? I used it just fine.

Holy crap, why did I not start watching One Punch Man earlier? This is the best thing.
probably figured an autobiography wouldn't be interesting

It seems much slower with the mouse, since you can't really just spam the buttons to make things work.

Maybe I'm simply bad at alchemy; I hardly use it :I

That's why I use SkyUI.

It requires lots of button-mashing and has a generally cruddy interface. I guess Dwarf Fortress players are just less likely to notice that kind of thing, though.

Hard science is like a sword, and soft science is like fear. You can use both to equally powerful results, but even if your opponent disbelieve your stabs, they will still die.

SkyUI master race!

But yes.
Pretty much everything in the PC version of  Skyrim is a pain when compared to the console one.
Unless you can use a controller, in which case, hooray!

Enchanting is what I hate.  Have thirty iron daggers and thirty common soul gems full of common soul? Enjoy pressing the exact same buttons thirty times in a row, each time having to select how many charges you want.

I do use SkyUI.

It hasn't seemed to affect the alchemy menu. Am I missing an option?

Probably. I'm afraid I can't actually remember without firing Skyrim up again, and I haven't done that for ages now.

Actually, alchemy might still be the same, now that I think about it.
But that inventory and spell screen is beeeeeautiful!
Controllers work wonders, though.

I can't find any options for toggling any of the menu types.

So no clean alchemy menu for me.  >:( :-\
