From what I can tell there's no way to recover it.
And now something like this happened; the window I was using messed up and reverted my the sheet to an earlier version with practically nothing on it.

I can't believe I forgot this one. It has to do with the lies that my ex-crush said about me. I sent in the appeal against the denial of the request to see the complaint, and it took them weeks to get it, and weeks for me to receive the reply from the County Executive" office. They said I should have sent in copies of both the orinal request and their denial. Fine, I should have done that. Except I don't have the original request. The college has it, and judging from the effort they've made to stop me from seeing the complaint, I doubt they'd give it back to me.

And someone who actually knows how to use an image manipulation program for your header image.
