Not in another province or anything like that, but I wouldn't be able to make early morning classes and would get home far too late.

I guess I should have gotten my license.

Dude, seriously for reals doubleplushonest: Missing early classes and getting home too late is a hundred times better than staying where you are. What she is doing to you is a form of mental abuse, and she is actively undermining your sense of self-worth to make you too unsure of yourself to leave. She is not your friend. Friends don't act that way to each other.

What about student housing? And yeah, if your father don't believe you, just tell him that he has to understand that just like he couldn't live with her, neither can you.

Yeah, I didn't want to use a dramatic word like "abuse" when I'm not qualified or anything, but... it sounds like abusive behavior.  The part where she tells you she owns you is, on its own, completely unacceptable and ridiculously controlling.

Well, I don't think student housing would work out all that well. I'm probably still not at a point where I could take care of myself if I were out on my own.

Hell, I still need help doing laundry. Though hopefully I won't have to keep bugging others now that my step-mother helped by circling the proper settings on the machines with a marker.

Try looking at the internet for any problems you might have regarding how to do something.  While much of it may be useless, it might help with things like doing laundry. 
I'm going to jump on the bandwagon with everyone else here, because for once it is heading in the right direction.  You need to try to get away from that sort of environment as soon as possible.
