It's 22 degrees Celsius here. That's pretty warm to me. I suppose you're talking hotter, though?
Yeah, more like 35 Celsius.

In Greenland, you will not encounter venomous spiders of any kind.
Granted, it might be cold during winters but summers can be quite nice.
The thing you might look out for however are mosquitoes, they are like a plague during summer.
And if you are afraid of polar bears, they usually roam north of the polar circle.
You will most likely get lost and eventually starve to death, than encountering any Polar Bears in the wild.

M&M wars? As in... throwing M&Ms at each other, in some chocolatey facsimile of dodgeball?

It's basically large scale tag. Everyone gets one M&M. If you're tagged by the opposing team, you give them your M&M and they take you prisoner, putting you on a stockade in their camp. If one of your team mates tags you in the stockade, you're released. It was pretty fun, until the girls started cheating, and eating their M&Ms before they'd be captured, then refusing to go to the stockade.

Considering what often happens to female prisoners of war in real life, I find that to be something like swallowing a cyanide pill instead of being captured.

Quite. On the other hand, I now believe we should issue M&Ms to all woman soldiers.

No, it's more like removing any trace of uniform so that you can't be identified as a soldier, and therefore can't be taken as a PoW. Well, not legally.

...I think it would be counterproductive if the female soldiers started stripping off their clothes XD

Might help morale, though  :D

M&Ms: Melts in your mouth, not in your hands. Also melts from aerial napalm strikes.

Don't even ask about the M&M-Skittles genocides.
We found them there in the middle of the village....a little pile of broken candy shells. The horror.....the horror....

Y'know that thing where you're not sure if you actually slept or just laid in bed for 8 hours with your eyes closed? Blehhhhh.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Next is Ulterior.

My rage is that because of a fuckhueg storm this morning (I deliver newspapers, so I'm out in that shit for hours) our electricity went out, which meant we couldn't get in our house cuz electric garage door.
By the time we were done delivering it was back on, but once we got in the house BEEP....BEEP.... BEEP.... and it took us about a half hour to find what the fuck it was (The carbon monoxide monitors battery died)

Also mah poor dog was stuck at home scared of the storm, then had to go through the lights and air conditioning suddenly dying (it was hot out but storming, so the storm kinda felt good, but caused sooo much bullshit) and who knows how long she had to listen to that damn beeping :(
