My nan just had me on the phone yelling at me to get a job.

She found a company in the paper and demanded that I go and work there. She wants my mom to take tomorrow off of work so she can take me down to the company's headquarters and not let me leave until I get hired.

"Type the company's name into the Google, because I don't know where it is." It's some generic named place, I'm not going to find it by its name alone.

"Then add the word company to the end of the search and also type in that you don't know what it is. If you type in that you don't know what it is, Google will help you find it."

Then I got yelled at to come upstairs. I shouted that I was on the phone and got told to hurry it up. So I told my nan that I had to go and she kept me on the phone for much longer repeating herself over and over again.

By the time I got off of the phone I got in trouble for taking so long. If I hung up I would have gotten in even deeper shit. And of course, he forgot why he made me come upstairs in the first place.

Now I'm imagine a dimly-lit dive known as The Rage Thread Bar, with two drunken patrons getting rowdy and heading out onto the street for some good ol'-fashioned fisticuffs. All in black-and-white, most likely. Oh, and they're wearing suits, of course.

That's almost spot on enough that I'm not sure if the reference was clear or if it's just a perfect coincidence.

I have actually seen that movie, or at least I'm pretty sure I have... but I don't really remember it.
