Riding the bus, a couple with a baby come on board. The parents reek of weed. You seriously have to do that shit by your toddler?
Maybe they used weed to keep the baby calm?
Better than "Riding the bus, a couple with a baby come on board. The parents do absolutely nothing as the little fucker screams its head off and drives me insane."

Now, now. We all know you were already insane.

Well, that's just sad. Come on. Lifelong virgins hating on women?

They don't seem to realise just how stupid they sound.

Maybe a bit old but I only now stumbled on it and it rustled my jimmies for whole day.
Just because gender.

Playing the missile silo in Deus Ex.
Going towards the command centre there's a MJ12 trooper (the ones with the big armour suits and huge guns on their arms) that is scripted to look down the end of a long straight corridor as you get towards the end of it.
Fucking bullshit. Why does this exist?

Remember kids, feminism isn't needed anymore!

But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

Technically it isn't. By it's very definition, it will eventually create inequality. Would be nicer if we had movements which had universal equality as their explicit purpose.

You're getting too caught up in the name. It's an egalitarian movement in all but the fringes.

EDIT: And besides, what's wrong with advocating equality with a focus on a specific group? You wouldn't call the NAACP racist because they promote african american equality, would you?

There might be some benefit in having a more broad focus than just women or blacks or whatever, but there's also benefit in having a narrow focus. Depends what you're aiming to do.

There is a difference though, since there are more than two race groups.

If anything that makes it worse.

"Those darn blacks are pushing themselves above not just whites, but everyone else too!"

It's an attempt to mitigate "seeing the forest and not the trees".

A lot of problems are cross-group, but a lot are specific. You're not going to be assumed as criminal if you're Chinese while you might as a black man. So the idea is that the many different groups are loosely affiliated under the generic "equality" but each focused on specific problems common to the different minorities and sub-groups. Same reason counties are good for certain functions (common defence for one) and not for others (municipal planning).

Also, races aren't really important. Your skin colour doesn't effect who you are. A white person born in China is going to be different from other  white people, but this is because of culture; the whole nature vs nurture thing. But with gender it's different. A woman sees the world the way she does because she's a woman. A man his own way, too.

Equal opportunities, as in women and man can both have the same chance to do what they want, is good. However, equality is a pipe dream, as both are naturally different, instead of in relation to culture (Nurture).

And the feminist movement doesn't even seem to be about equality. It's more exclusive than that. They want their gender to do better.

For example, my dad was a bus river before he retired. The women were given equal everything, but some buses were harder to steer than others. In steps feminism, and now women get all the easier buses to handle, and the men have to do both. That is not equality, nor equal opportunity.

My problem with those groups is that, basically, every group has it's own rights organization, trying to get the best stuff and privileges for their members. And then the hope is that that will somehow result in equal rights for everyone.

Then there's also the problem is that the entire thing nowadays seems to be based more on political correctness rather than equal chances.
