Apparently some of the seniors went on a trip to Spain over vacation with the Spanish teacher.
They went to an art museum.
Saw some small children.
One was surprised they could speak Spanish.
Look carefully at the first sentence.

Maybe they were expecting Catalan.

Like seriously. What the actual fuuudge. I mean, I'm sure there are people who need this, but for crying out loud this is absurd. :I

Sorry to hear you're in a bad situation, Twi. Do you happen to know if your parents signed paperwork saying the guards could commit assault on your person (unwanted touching is 4th degree assault in many jurisdictions) and imprison you under threat of force for minor disobedience? Because that's sure not a thing anywhere else.

All of my advice would be shanking-related and would get you into more trouble than you're in now. And also cement everyone's opinion of you being in this alternative school. I guess my best advice would be to put your head down and try to get through it, and document any abuse you suffer or see happening.

I recall we had a discussion along the lines of what's here a while ago. And same, my impulse is stab the fuck out of people responsible for shit like that, so cannot do much in terms of advice.

So, it's time for me to rile up attention about this bullshit and/or lawyer it up.

Any suggestions for where to post for the first one?

Me: Okay, whats the next problem math?
Math: Find the derivative of <sqrt(2)t,et,e-t>!
Me: Done, that was easy, next step?
Math: Divide it by its magnitude!
Me: Done, bit harder but its done, next?
Math: Find the derivative of that!
Me: Urg, annoying but doable.... Done, yuck that's ugly. Whats the next problem math?
Math: Not so fast, you have to divide that whole mess by its new magnitude!
Me: Godamnit math. Not cool. Hurm, lets see how the hell do I get that magnitude in a simple form without having to expand it? ... If I simplify it here will that work?
Math: Nope!
Me: Here?
Math: Nope!
Me: Here, or here or here?
Math: Nope! Nope! Nope! You have to do it the long way that will take probably another half hour! Have fun!

I wouldn't draw attention to it in school prison. (I'm assuming you're a minor, here) If your parents are likely to be receptive, talk to them about it. Else, discreetly contact some child protection agencies and local law enforcement about it. Document everything. I wouldn't go lawyering just yet.
Note: I have absolutely no idea what I'm saying. This is just what my brain feels is right. Good luck.
BRB, finding awesome self speech.
EDIT: found it.
Sure, a lot of us are messed up, or find life hard, but we are Bay12. No matter your troubles, we will always offer a helping hand, kittens, virtual kitten sacrifices and plenty of hugs.

EDIT EDIT: Well, actually my brain tells me to tell you to shank them. But I'm ignoring that bit.

When Bay12 finally rises, they will never see it coming. First, something finally galvanises Bay12 into true action. The first sign of any discontent is when 4chan and anonymous are summarily sicced on the world. Then, research labs around the world report huge slowdowns in processing power from supercomputers. Money suddenly begins draining from seemingly random bank accounts in the billions. Huge debts are racked up, credit cards maxed out and the money seemingly vanishes. Weeks later it appears as generous charity donations, with two standing out - one 'Tarn Adams' receives a cheque, and an enormous sum of money is left as a pool for world governments provided they 'do something cool with it'. Suggestions include funding for space agencies and research into crutch fighting. The next phase begins. 'Glitches' in reality occur, transforming entire acres into barren wastelands. Figures are reported of appearing out of nowhere, disintegrating buildings with a  flick of the hand, then vanishing. Drones sent to recon the area simply lose connection, often found later neatly landed hundreds of miles away. EA is one of many companies hit particularly hard. Servers implode under the strain. But as swiftly as it started, it ends. People are baffled as to how, or why, but Bay12 resumes regular business like nothing happened. And all they wanted were some answers.
