"What's your greatest weakness?"

If anyone actually tells you their greatest weakness, then their weakness is evident in their lack of common sense. This would be a bad answer in an interview of course.

I generally go with something evident from my resume. If I don't have a lot of experience in the field, I'll mention that. Something that doesn't actually diminish my presentation.

If they smirk and say it's a bullshit answer, it's time to call them on asking bullshit questions. You wanna hire an idiot? No? Start asking me questions that make me think this would be a good place for me to work.
What you're SUPPOSED to do is say something bad, but not terrible. Don't try to be smart and say 'I'm a terrible perfectionist', you can think of it, so they can. They can easily call you out on your crap, and usually initiating an argument with your potential boss is NOT how you get a job.
The thing is, though, is that perfectionism is actually my most glaring flaw. It once took me four hours to clean a stove. It takes me an hour to do a relatively small amount of dishes, something Wolfeyez does in 10 minutes. I'm on my fifth full re-write of my game. I get angry with myself if I put $20.01 in gas in the car. Perfectionism makes me hesitant. I look at a project, and say, "Well, I'm not going to get it done anyway, so I may as well not even try," and then waste the rest of the day playing video games. Sure, it helps me practice that one kick 10,000 times until I get it right consistently, but perfectionism can really be crippling.

Tell 'em your biggest flaw is honesty. And if they say that's not a flaw: "I don't give a fuck about what you think".

And then suddenly smile with all your teeth like you've just done something wonderful and you're sure they will hire you now.

They really want to hire a robot but can't afford one.
^THIS is the real answer in that.
Forget being human, you are nothing to them. They don't want people, they want drones.
And I swear to god I'm going to friggin' murder my co-worker if he leaves without doing his god-damn job again.
I've told the manager about it EVERY DAMN TIME, and it used to be that they'd just blow it off like "whatever". But now they're actually defending him, and making the most bullshit excuses I've ever heard to do so. I'm sorry, but when I'm supposed to have 12 of a certain product (which, for understanding purposes, usually lasts about 4 days before we go through all 12) and I have none of them, for the third time in a row, and the manager wants to say that "we used them all after he made them, it was busy" when I know for a fact (because I'm the ONLY DAMN PERSON WHO DEALS WITH IT) that no, we did not if fact use up a half-week supply in 2 hours.
I really hate my job, if you can't tell.
Well, that's not true, I hate my co-workers, the job itself isn't all that bad.

I'm super curious now, what do you do? What is the product? You can give a general item instead of the brand if you want.

These are people who would see nothing wrong with rubbing the genie lamp and wishing for "a million bucks".

I work at a fast-food restaurant. The item is an incredibly unpopular item that lasts way too damn long in the coolers for management to decide to do away with it, unlike some of the other, far tastier things.

I absolutely hated everything about working in fast food. The bar wasn't bad, but then again, about once a month or so, I'd get to punch a customer when they inevitably got drunk and rowdy.

I'm guessing the ones that didn't get drunk.
I wouldn't want to work in a bar, it's bad enough there's one just down the street.

How many people left with an intact face?
Everyone. I never really hurt anyone, I just defended my patrons and threw out whoever needed it. Best part is, the bar owner didn't have to pay a bouncer. Worst part is, they didn't pay me, either.

I don't think I'm going to survive my parents.  If I looked on the outside like I feel on the inside I wouldn't have any skin left and all my bones would be broken.

My soul will be small enough soon to drown in the bathtub.

Just... keep the focus on getting out. The thought of moving out of my own little hellhole is all that's really been keeping me going for the last... fifteen years or so? Eyes on the prize and the transience of obstacles.
