A particularly dumb Homeroom classmate is doing a project on Call of Duty to convince the teacher it's educational, just so he can put up some poster in our room.

He named it "The Thrill of War."

"And this proves that bullets do indeed cause life-threating injuries."

This is starting to sound uncomfortably like how an actual school shooting could play out. Could we please drop this topic? :/

First I want to mention that I was reminded of a scene in The Great Dictator, where Minister Herring is showing one of his inventions to Hynkel. Herring says he has perfected a bulletproof suit, and asks Hynkel to test it on a subject sitting on a stool. Hynkel pulls out his revolver and shoots the man, who falls to the floor and dies. Hynkel immediately turns and walks away, saying only "Far from perfect."

Okay.

In other news, someone's coming over to my house!
No more entire days spent locked inside alone while everyone else is out doing their things!

And you are enraged because, you want to be locked inside while everyone else does there own thing?

My mother knows nothing of electronics. 'Don't manhandle the tiny fragile chip' is an alien concept to her. :'(

I remember when I helped out in a small computer repairs shop. People that don't treat electronics well are way too common.

One man came in literally smashing his laptop against the counter, saying "if it isn't meant to take damage, why is it portable? All portable things are built to take a beating!"

I wasn't at the counter at the time, but you could hear the laptop hitting the counter in the back of the building. Not that it was that big, only about 4 rooms, not counting the restroom.

No idea what he looked like, he had a bit of a deep voice though. I think he was just old and ignorant.

This is why I firmly believe that using a computer should require a license. Some people are just too stupid to let near technology.

If licenses actually guaranteed people wouldn't be idiots while using something, the number of traffic accidents would drop by, like, 90%.

Idiots gonna idiot.

The problem with driver's licenses is that you only get tested once. If we tested once every five years, a lot of people would lose their licenses for driving like morons. We should also revoke the licenses of people who cause wrecks due to stupidity, such as texting while driving. Furthermore, those who are caught more than once driving with no license should be jailed.

Sorry, but bad drivers make me very angry.

I have more than once ranted about how there are to many stupid drivers on the road and that some of them should be permanently banned from the road. Typically while stuck in heavy traffic due to people apparently not knowing what to do when a lane ends.

It's common knowledge that WWII and Korea veterans are better drivers - they have the killer instinct that just is lacking in younger driver. Katamari Damacy is a silver lining, though.
