Heh, firewalls? There's a joke going around that illegal downloads are so fast here because the servers are on a university connection as well :D
Seriously though, there are no restrictions. At all. And we're in a VPN, so there's that added layer of safety.

My speeds are identical to yours.

This is part of the reason why I don't put graphics in my mods much. Upload times kill me when the mods are 10 freaking megabytes, much less 60.
