I was reminded today why i absolutely detest large concentrations of people, especially young people in school.

So i usually work monday-wednesday, while thursday and friday are spent in trade school (not sure if this is the correct term, its where i get the theoretical knowledge for my chosen apprenticeship). This week the schedule was shifted, so monday got even worse by letting me attend school. It got worse again after i realised that there are around 2x the people around than usual, since they only shifted us around, not the other classes. And to put the cherry on top those other classes include some people i know back from grade-highschool.

So after going trough the usual *lets pretend to be nice to people I hate*, the questions start. "Where have you been?" "Why didnt you call?", I was tempted to be honest and just say "Because any extended time period with you people makes me want to pound nails into my face.", but that would've been additoional drama i didnt want, so i dodged with the usual "I've been busy.".

This is followed by the very same stuff i had to endure back when we were in the same class, "funny" comments about me being a Nerd and overweight (Nevermind that im dieting RIGHT NOW, which prompted a response along the lines of "yeah, right. *snicker*", even tough i actually did loose around 20 punds allready. But thanks guys, you're helping.) and not having a girlfriend. They then tried to hook me up with one of the girls from their class, which in their minds fitted perfectly to me because "She weighs a bit too much as well and shes pretty nerdy.". I was hoping this was just some stupid joke, and thus responded with a flowery version of "Go make love with a pitch fork please.", but said girl actually started hitting on me.

Now, i realise this may come over as offensive, but there was absolutely nothing attractive about this gal. Its not that she was overweight, that i can deal with no problem. But she...smelled. And appearantly tried to cover it with extensive amounts of Deodorant. I'd usually like to remind people that Axe isnt shower in a bottle, but that would've been a tad mean. So i tried the usual "Sorry, not my type."-Shtick (Which, apart from the hygiene issue, was true. I have certain preferences and she didnt fit any of them). This prompted a lot of drama from my classmates and herself, about how i was being shallow and a whole bunch of other insults. At this point i was so annoyed by the whole ordeal that i got kinda angry (Especially since i really tried to be nice up to that point), told the girl that i preffered being shallow over having to wear a Gasmask on our first date. This shut them down and prompted them to leave shortly after.

Well, another group of people who think im an antisocial @$$. And i cant say im mad about it, i mean this way i dont ahve to deal with them anymore.

Don't worry about Stubei, you're not attracted to who you're not attracted to. It's better to say no for the right reasons (they don't do it for you) than to say yes for the wrong ones (peer pressure, a desire to not hurt their feelings.)

My suggestion is to tell people when they cross boundaries rather than endure it until you get angry. If the only time other people see you disagree with them is when you're angry, they'll assume you have a temper and everything that doesn't make you have an outburst is A-OK.

If someone says something offensive to you, make sure to tell them it's not funny in a calm and rational manner. If they continue despite that, it's best to keep your distance from these people since they have 0 respect for you.

Gender and racial equalities are starting to take it's toll on my general disposition.

I'm in college and, as college should be, I have a teacher who makes us actually work at collegiate level.  Term papers, using our brains, projects, actual things that our high school teachers warned us college would be like.  Not like some of the classes that I've taken which is pretty much "show up, do the questions in the back of the chapter, go home."  This is a refreshing break from most of my collegiate experience insofar, having a teacher who actually encourages learning through hard work.  It's of course a technological class, security based (CISSP for those out there who know of it), and is of course filled with many men and a few sprinklings of women who are actually interested in the field.

Then we have that one Hispanic female who wants to breeze on through without doing any work at all.  Since our teacher is so unfair and coddling with his "boy's club," she must make certain that administration knows about how he's mistreating the females!

So now my teacher's getting flak about his class being too hard.  A class where the material and knowledge level is difficult to begin with, is now being deemed "too hard" because some whiny, lazy woman complained that she had to do a term paper.  We take two or three grades in that class in total:  Term Paper,  Team Term Paper (which is yours combined with two others in a well-written document), and end of the chapter tests that take 3 minutes to do and have their answers in an appendix in the back.  The woman in question can actually be dropped from this class because she's failed to show up to class more than 4 times, and any attempts to actually help her with the material are shot down, with her basically wanting the work done for her.  Since she's a woman though, and Hispanic, her opinion obviously means more than the other Hispanic and White males in there, therefore the work is far too hard!

There's equality (which is fine and dandy, and I try to treat everyone equally), and then there's looking for advantages over others because your skin is a shade darker, or because you've got boobs.

The new Youtube comments section is a pretty terrible idea that can only end in tears and/or hilarity.

Youtube comment section was already notorious for their average stupidity, ability to erupt into nonsensical arguments, and snarky top comments. Now, there's going to be an influx of people from Google+ who aren't the average Youtuber, but are instead social people who go outside and have friends and make really low quality comments on their opinions as if they actually matter.

The Youtubers have already begun to notice. It's hard not to with all the hashtags being thrown around.

I predict a huge increase in the stupidity and flame wars of the Youtube comments section that will inevitably occur from forcing two different types of people together. The question now, is who at Google thought this was a good idea? Oh  right, the Youtube design team, never mind.

According to multiple participants in the month-long discussion, CryptoLocker is true to its name. It uses strong cryptography to lock all files that a user has permission to modify, including those on secondary hard drives and network storage systems. Until recently, few antivirus products detected the ransomware until it was too late. By then, victims were presented with a screen like the one displayed on the computer of the accounting employee, which is pictured above. It warns that the files are locked using a 2048-bit version of the RSA cryptographic algorithm and that the data will be forever lost unless the private key is obtained from the malware operators within three days of the infection.

None of the reddit posters reported any success in breaking the encryption. Several also said they had paid the ransom and received a key that worked as promised. Full backup files belonging to Nic's clients were about a week old at the time that CryptoLocker first took hold of the network. Nic advised them to comply with the demand. The ransomware operators delivered a key, and about 24 hours later, some 400 gigabytes of data was restored.

Because CryptoLocker encrypted all files that an infected computer had access to, the ransomware in many cases locked the contents of backup disks that were expected to be relied upon in the event that the main disks failed.

Earlier this year, researchers from Symantec who infiltrated the servers of one ransomware syndicate conservatively estimated that its operators were easily able to clear $5 million per year.

So, my last class block on Friday was a test. I did perfectly fine on the test, and had been having a good day so far. The desks had to be moved for the test, and I decided to help move them back since my bus doesn't arrive until 15 minutes after school ends.

My bus decided to pick that day to arrive more than five minutes early, ahead of four other buses it generally arrives after.
