There's a gigantic fucking fly that's been buzzing around my room for the last three hours. I can't kill it because the thing's fucking huge and I don't have access to anything heavy and it's attracted to my light.
The buzzing is so goddamned irritating.

Man, my cats have murdered more flys than I have by far, normally they're fine with being chill all day, but when I fly shows up, instant murder drive engaged.
It's rather fun to watch.

I find it hilarious that people say cats are graceful, and every time I see them on TV or online, they are.
But apparently mine are defective, because they trip over themselves multiple times a day (or at least one of them does), however, they can still hunt like no tomorrow.

Secretary quit, manager is on vacation 'til the 15th, and the owner of the business doesn't know her asshole from a stapler. Having a damn anxiety attack here, trying to do 4 people's jobs on my own with limited information, stupid clients, and the office completely disorganized.

On the good side, I just finished genning a new world on my laptop in the back room, and will enjoy committing vast quantities of !!MURDER!! once the office closes.

I have a Persian (by pure chance, we were looking for a cat and there were kittens available). And somewhat slippery floors. Said cat has bouts of paranoia, in which she starts acting startled for no reason and whenever she sees anyone move in her direction, starts running. Very fast.

Cat tries to change direction during running.

Cat oversteers, her hind legs continuing to move in the previous direction despite the front legs making a turn.

The former end up parallel to the floor, cat entering a drift.

Cat hauls her ass along the floor before finally completing the turn.

Honestly, I don't know whether this belongs more here or sad thread, due to sheer defectiveness of the damn feline, or perhaps happy thread, because it looks pretty absurd.
